Mumbai gets its first 24X7, one of its kind wildlife ambulance!
We at RAWW are happy to announce that our new wildlife rescue service ambulance was launched today and will be serving our urban wildlife.
It is donated by Brownie Vipin Jogani (A 13-year-old pet labrador of city based Jogani family) and Dr. Ramakanta Panda, one of the best heart surgeon's in India, who heads the Asian Heart Institute, thereby setting an excellent example of compassion and coexistence.
This ambulance will be equipped to handle all minor and major wildlife rescues in and around the city further building our capacity in working towards the Human Wildlife Conflict Mitigation & Urban Wildlife Conservation.
Sincere thanks to SPARSH Ngo and Dr. Rina Dev, and Thane SPCA for guiding us and supporting all our endeavours.
We thank all our members, volunteers and supporters for constantly motivating us towards our goals. It would not have been possible without all your support.
